About the event
Specialising in discordant, hypnotic repetition, tales of nights out, and radical politics, Loose Articles are a group with plenty to say.
Plying repetition (repetition, repetition…) with ragged edges and sardonic, sarcastic drawl, the Northern Punk Sugababes speak to all those determined to get through the age of austerity tongue in cheek, and two feet firmly on the dancefloor.
With Guitars, cars, knickers and bras, occupational hazards, welders and the underground pinball society; The Manchester limbo-ers released their debut album ‘Scream If You Wanna Go Faster’ in 2024 via Alcopop! Records.
Feminine and threatening, working and class, Loose Articles are Erin Caine (vocals and guitar), Natalie Wardle (vocals and bass), Anna Reed (keys and guitar) and Rachel Williams (drums).
